Heetal hails from Mumbai, where she began her career working for multinational network agencies like Bates, D’Arcy and Lowe Lintas. She moved to Singapore where she founded a design label for kids, with the wonderful name of ‘Beetle and Bottle.’ She then returned to Mumbai where she joined the Sideways Design agency as Lead Designer. In July 2020, she co-founded the Nine Yards Communications Consultancy. Nine yards is the traditional length of an India sari, and the firm is dedicated to helping brands see the world from a female point of view – and consequently, develop a whole new approach to creative communications.
