Lauren Lotka is the Founder and CEO of LOTKA&Co. As an entrepreneur and true ENFP, Lauren has spent her career helping brands and talent make their mark.
Driven by a passion to evolve the twentieth century’s siloed hierarchical organizations, she believes that diversity, sustainability, and social goals must take center stage in order for companies to truly succeed in our modern world. This inspired her to create a new agency model aligning executive search, team building and culture work alongside business strategy.
Lauren’s approach has proven successful with clients such as The North Face, Adidas, Foxtrot, The Reformation, and Google, who seek her guidance in curating the right mix of people, personalities, and life paths to turn what they say into who they are, and to invest in cultural capital for maximum impact, sustained relevance, and long term business success.
Before founding LOTKA&Co., Lauren spent over five years building ARTIFECT. As a Co-Founder and Partner, she grew the business, built the team and led co-investments in early-stage luxury, fashion, and consumer brands. Her expertise in business development, executive search, and team building also led her to advise notable brands such as Calvin Klein, The Row, Donna Karan’s Urban Zen, Kate Spade, and LF Group.
Lauren’s career began in PR + Marketing with PRADA and Grey Advertising. She later cut her teeth as an Agent at DMA United, where she represented designers and talent,leading deals such as Pamela Love x TopShop, Tucker for Target, and Leslie Fremar by Fruit of the Loom.
Named in the top 15 Global Recruiters by Business Insider for the last three years in a row, Lauren has received notable press in AdAge, Morning Brew and is recognized Thought Leader and Speaker on the importance of talent ecosystems and organizational culture.
She is passionate about innovation in sustainability, DEIB, and emerging technologies, working as a Partner and Advisor to MAKE; an Advisor to Bleeker, and Advisor to Togetherr.
