As WE Singapore’s managing director, Daryl helms the agency’s Singapore leadership team and oversees over 50 integrated communications, data, digital, social and specialists. In his role, he leads business growth strategy to serve local, regional and global clients based there.

With 20 years of experience in integrated marketing and communications, Daryl has accumulated a broad ranging of expertise in driving digital first transformations, strategic communications and data-driven marketing in both Singapore and China. In 2017, he spearheaded the growth at Edelman’s Singapore operations as Managing Director of Digital, introducing a data-led predictive intelligence approach to integrated communications & marketing.

Throughout his career, Daryl has supported global organizations such as Philips Healthcare, Singtel and the Singapore Government in their push to transform through technology on their journey to be more customer-centric. In 2018, he played a key role in helping Philips in their digital transformation journey both as a consumer brand a healthcare organization and in 2019 and 2020 for Singtel as they evolved their B2B marketing services. All while helping to play a key role in helping the Singapore government shift national behaviour through a data first approach that resulted in positioning Singapore differently to the world through SGN, STB, MHA and MCCY.
