what you will learn
The programme is an accelerated experience, in which participants gain three simulated years of agency leadership experience.
Participants are challenged to lead, manage and improve the agency’s performance. In collaboration with others on small teams, they make hundreds of industry-specific decisions that determine how successful the fictional agency they are running as managing director will be in a time of transition.
During three simulated years spread over three days, teams make around 300 collaborative decisions that determine the agency’s success.
These are all decisions that managing directors commonly face, affecting the creative output, profitability and growth of agencies everywhere.
The Executive Leadership Program is a uniquely engaging leadership development experiences designed to safeguard the growth of future agency leadership pipelines. In a world where employees can suddenly find themselves in key leadership positions without any formal leadership training under their belt, ELP gives them the skills, experience and confidence they need to succeed.
The experience can both prepare them for their promotion or if they are already in the position, help confirm, steer and reinforce core leadership principles. The program is unique, blending a digital experience with classroom learning.
