The competition is open to all thenetworkone members aged 18 years and over. Employees of the thenetworkone and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or selection of the winners are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this prize draw competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entries must be submitted via the survey link provided by thenetworkone. Only one entry will be accepted per agency. Multiple entries from the same agency or person will be disqualified.

Closing date for entries is Monday 9^th December 2024 at 23:59 Pacific Time. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The competition commences on 25 November 2024, and entries will be accepted until Monday 9^th December 2024 at 23:59 Pacific Time. Notwithstanding the above, any entries which are received outside of this time-period shall be refused unless an official extension has been offered by the Promoter (thenetworkone), in which case the Promoter (thenetworkone) will announce such an extension publicly on their digital channels.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

To enter the competition, the rules are as follows: complete and submit thenetworkone’s Membership Survey 2024. Plus indicate your name and contact details and express permission to be entered in the draw indicated in the survey.

The promoter (thenetworkone) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without

notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter (thenetworkone) is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prizes are as follows: 2 x £100 Amazon digital e-vouchers or equivalent voucher (or donation to a nominated charity) if Amazon is not available in the winner’s country of residence.

There is x1 prize per winner. Prizes will be allocated to the winners in the order drawn.

The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. An exception will be made if the prize allocated to you is inaccessible in your country, and then an alternative prize (of equivalent value in that region) will be offered. The prizes are not transferable or claimable against existing/already purchased thenetworkone products/services. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen at random from all complete entries received. The winners will be notified by email within 14 working days of the closing date of the competition. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 21 working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winners and pick replacement winners. All prizes will be  emailed within 30 days of the winners claiming the prize. The promoter’s (thenetworkone) decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. The winner’s name may be published in our digital /social channels and our journal after they have accepted their prize.

thenetworkone also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
