Agency capabilities: We assess the specific strengths and skill sets of each agency to ensure they align perfectly with your project’s needs.
Agency experience: We consider the agency’s track record and relevant experience in your industry or similar projects.
Availability and conflict-free: Timing is crucial. We ensure that the agency has the availability to dedicate the necessary resources to your project and that there are no conflicts of interest that could impact their commitment to your work.
Nature of scope: The complexity and specifics of your project scope are carefully considered to match you with an agency that can handle all aspects, whether it’s a niche requirement or a large-scale initiative.
Cultural fit: We understand that a successful partnership goes beyond capabilities. We look for agencies that align with your company culture and values, fostering a smooth and productive collaboration.
No cost to you
When you seek agency support through thenetworkone, you normally receive our matching service at no cost. In cases of more complex requests, we may propose a consulting fee, but rest assured, we will never charge you a fee without your prior agreement.
Our goal is to connect you with the right agency, ensuring a seamless and successful partnership while keeping the process transparent and cost-effective.
How we get paid
To maintain transparency and objectivity in our recommendations, we receive a standard commission of 7% from the agency we introduce to you. This commission applies to all fees or commissions (excluding billings and pass-through costs) that the agency receives from your project, for one year from the date of their first invoice.
What Happens Next?
Once we’ve identified the ideal agency based on the factors above, we’ll recommend them to you. If you agree with our recommendation, we will then introduce you directly to the agency. From there, you can engage with them to discuss your project in more detail and move forward as you see fit.
